From Ukraine to LA
Biara is a Ukrainian clothing brand founded in 2016 by designer and CEO Yuliia Tykhonenko. Originally launched as ColorFullStudio, the brand was renamed Biara — after a bird, for freedom, lightness and individuality.
Biara is now based in Los Angeles, and production runs in two countries: the Ukrainian workshops the brand grew up with, and, more recently, the United States.

Biara makes refined daywear and eveningwear for women who want comfort without giving up elegance. Each piece is cut from natural fabrics such as silk and cotton, in modern silhouettes that do not date.
Yuliia’s vision blends minimalism with sensuality, strength with sensitivity. She designs from what she has lived and where she has travelled, and the result is clothing that moves as freely as the woman wearing it.
